Oil-Free Radiant Fryer for Fried Turkey Taste

For all of those folks out there who will risk life and limb to deep-fry a turkey for Thanksgiving Day, take note: if you can just hang on for a couple more years, you could get that deep-fried flavor without the oil and fat or the charred wreckage of a former life.

Researchers at Purdue University have invented a radiant fryer that uses halogen bulbs to cook.
