If you have Facebook's Timeline, you may have noticed a hole in your life, an obvious, gaping abyss. The new design only displays about six years of your life story, making it seem as if you did nothing important between birth and high school graduation.

1000memories' Shoebox, an app we mentioned last year that scans and posts old photos through iPhone, has teamed up with Facebook to repair this hole. The app will post a picture and user inputed information, like date and location. It’s then posted to Facebook and will be included when anyone who visits their page clicks on the year it was taken. However the app cannot be held accountable for the embarrassing pictures your mother will inevitably figure out how to post of the time you dressed up as “El Zorro” for Halloween in 1993.
