Wi-fi-signal-278x225 What would you think if we would:

  • Eliminate all cats so that people with cat allergies wouldn't suffer anymore
  • Cut down all trees so that people allergic to tree pollen wouldn't sneeze anymore
  • Eradicate all bees, so that folks wouldn't get anaphylactic shock

Well, along those lines, a man in Santa Fe, who experiences sensitivity to Wi-Fi signals is suing his neighbor because she won't disconnect her electronic devices.

According to the report, he has dozens of notes from doctors attesting to his sensitivities. I sympathize with him, but electromagnetic signals are everywhere. Even if this man's neighbor did agree (or is forced to) shut down her electronic devices and wireless router, other signals abound. Cell phone towers, other homes, universities, cafes, cars. You name it. Wireless is ubiquitous.

And at least one study contends that this kind of sensitivity is all in a person's head. And then there was this blog from Gizmodo, which describes how residents in South Africa complained that a nearby mobile phone tower was making them sick, but then found out later it had been turned off for several weeks.

What do you think? Have you ever experienced any sensitivity to Wi-Fi signals?
