The C Seed 201 column: Price Undisclosed
What's better than having a home theater based on a theater-quality projector capable of displaying images up to 200 diagonal inches? Why, one based on a 201-inch screen that mesmerisingly rises from the ground, of course. This entertaining engineering marvel is a joint effort with styling by Porsche Design Studio and the big screen LED expertise of Austria's C Seed Entertainment.

The column rises out of its water-resistant shaft to a peak of 15 feet in 15 seconds. In the next 25 seconds, seven large LED panels unfold flat. The desired height and optimal viewing angle are adjustable via fingerprint-recognizing remote. Make no mistake, it's not just any ultra-wide high-resolution 16-plus foot Retina display. This moisture-repellent ultraluminous screen produces up to a daylight-friendly 5,000 nits of brightness at a mind-boggling 100,000Hz refresh rate -- respectively 10 and 500 times that of standard sets. All that, along with an amazing built-in multi-source media server and lossless digital audio system -- the only detail left to chance is how much you'll charge your friends to watch anything on it.
