Any secret agent worth his salt knows the importance of keeping his belongings in safe hands, and the key role awesome gadgets can play in that mission. But something tells me that James Bond wouldn’t be interested in this curious anti-theft suitcase, featured in a 1961 video from British Pathé.
When a thief grabs the suitcase, called the “Arrestor” (presumably full of money or secret documents), the handle clamps down on his hand, alarms sound and three giant legs shoot out of it, so he can’t just drop it, nor can he escape easily or unnoticed by passersby. In fact, he can’t even fit through a doorway with it.
