That cell phone that could or could not cause cancer could also save your life. A woman in Colorado walked away from a shooting unscathed thanks to a cell phone in her back pocket, Consumerist reported.
When police arrived at the scene of a possible drive by, they found the woman unharmed as well as shells around the apartment complex where the shooting occurred.
“She got so lucky,” said Donna Brooks, who lives in the apartment complex, reported KKTV. “I mean cause it hit her almost right in the hip.”
Lucky for the woman, her gadget came to the rescue. No word on what phone it is, but maybe it’s time to put together a roundup of the best bullet-proof phones? Maybe not.
Either way, your phone is your guardian angel.
