Following up on our story earlier this month, E-Green Technologies has successfully inflated a 235-foot long, 65-foot diameter airship called the Bullet 580.
The test occurred this week inside the Garrett Coliseum in Montgomery, Ala. It took six hours to inflate the airship, but you can get a feel for the scale of the operation in this sped-up video. The company envisions selling the airships for surveillance, communications and commercial applications.
