Macy's Parade Rains Secret Info: Personal
information including Social Security numbers was found on shredded paper at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day
Parade in New York City, reports UPI.
A parade goer plucked a piece of paper off his girlfriend's shoulder
and read it, finding "SSN" and a number, as well as bank information and under-cover cops' identities on other pieces of confetti.
Macy's says it uses only commercial confetti in its parade. New York police are looking into how the
shredded paper got included in the festivities.
