Shorty Awards interviewed Tracy Morgan and asked him to explain a number of things, including Twitter. The ensuing video is a hilarious 2 minutes of Morgan attempting to answer questions in 140 characters and getting cut off.
“I have to answer all these questions in 140 characters? That’s it?” Yup.
Morgan taught us that the Shorty Awards are “for tiny people” to “give them recognition they deserve.” Past honorees, according to him, include Danny DeVito, Tom Cruise and Napoleon. (The actual awards honor the best in social media.) Another little known “fact” (air quotes): It was Morgan who invented Twitter in 1985 to communicate with Ronald Reagan.
