Urban dwellers in cramped apartments know they can’t accumulate but instead need to carefully acquire pieces that pack a ton of function.
Here’s something that will satisfy them: Story is a three-in-one sofa bed workstation. Design student Fanny Adam came up with the idea to help people overcome the challenges of living in urban dwellings.
She takes the sofa bed idea and adds a tabletop into the headboard. With a few barstools, that wooden tabletop can function as a workstation or dining area. The utilitarian furniture has drawers underneath for additional storage.
Though there aren’t plans of mass production, it’s always interesting to see the ideas of budding designers to tackle our everyday problems.
