Can the French handle it? In a country that looks down on American fast food establishments and eating habits, a very red, white and blue phenomena has taken off. American-style food trucks are becoming popular in Paris, according to the New York Times.
"Among young Parisians, there is currently no greater praise for cuisine than “très Brooklyn,” a term that signifies a particularly cool combination of informality, creativity and quality," the Times reported.
