The ZecOO electric bike you see here combines the in your face styling of a gasoline powered street bike with a “green” electric powertrain to create a bike that the press can’t stop talking about. For the most part the e-bike segment is far from stylish but that’s about to change with the ZecOO electric bike, which was officially unveiled at the 2012 Tokyo Motor Show.

The ZecOO e-bike was created by Kota Nezu of Znug Design. It’s lower rider styling covers an electric bike that has a top speed of 75 mph and a range up to 85 miles. Owners can also charge the bike in four to six hours using its retractable cord.

Although the ZecOO electric bike looks incredibly custom, it’s being reported that the company is going to produce a limited run. If you’re excited to get your hands on one, get ready to write a check for around $70,000 for the ZecOO.
