Having leadership skills and people working together as a team instead of a group of individuals can make a huge difference in any endeavor. If you’re interested in upping your game by taking on a team-building and leadership challenge, then one patterned after actual Green Beret training and experience might just be your best investment.

Having leadership skills and people working together as a team instead of a group of individuals can make a huge difference in any endeavor. If you’re interested in upping your game by taking on a team-building and leadership challenge, then one patterned after actual Green Beret training and experience might just be your best investment.

This isn’t a solo adventure course, this is a day-long, 15 to 20 mile “tour” with a team of 30 individuals, led by a Cadre of former and current special operations members.

“GORUCK bridges the gap between all walks of life: military/non-military, men/women, young/old – and the Challenge is a positive extension of this. It’s about teaching people what a team feels like, how it operates together, and why camaraderie in Special Forces is so high. In our estimation, people are good, and capable of much more when they work together, for each other.”

The challenges are styled as special op missions and begin in the middle of the night, with the team being led on a grueling challenge to “rescue a downed pilot” or “resupply the convoy” while moving through the city. The courses include many military-style physical challenges, such as pushups, log carries, obstacles, and endurance runs.
